Our aim is to work closely with local Schools, Councils and Police to encourage children to learn to play rollerhockey under the guidence of qualified coaches. They will then be taught the basic skills of the sport giving them the opportunity of playing in teams locally and eventually the chance to play for their Country. All Committee members, Coaches and anyone working with the children will be CRB checked and we will work closely with any organisation to provide the best, safe and rewarding experience for all those involved.
We are all responsible in a small way for shaping the future of the next generation.
We are pleased to announce GBHI Midlands now have a separate Committee dedictated to the development of the sport. Too often there is too much emphasis on the older age groups and the future of the sport is forgotten.
This Committee will be dedicated to providing young children with the opportunity to be taught the basics of skating and roller hockey.
