STATE WARS PLAYERS REQUIRED

James Munn is entering a team in State Wars which takes place between the 4th and 10th of August. I've promised to coach them and they will be representing the State of England. The entrance fee includes home and away jerseys and trousers. The location is Darien near Chicago.
Approx costs sterling are:
450-500 flight.
250 entrance fee for both 16's and 18's (playing up to 18's) gold and silver as per norm.
40 for insurance and other ancillary costs.
? Accom, car hire etc.
Looking for 1 D and 1 A man.
